so i have yet another question. when i took apart the carb i got all the jets out and clean but one. the one that sticks up and squirts fuel into the main chamber.. the head was stripped >:O.. any thoughts?

You talking about the main jet?.....Yeah it should have a hex head on it too, you can turn that with a wrench if the head is snapped off where a screw driver would normally go, just be careful, the tube the main jet goes into is plastic, it could be cross threaded in there, if thats your prob. then kiss your carb good bye!

Hope thats not your issue, but when i got my warrior the carb on it had the same issue, someone cross threaded it and it would just spin and spin in there but would not back out, that tube is not replaceable so i had to get a new carb.... Good luck, let us know bro!

There is a main and pilot. The pilot usually is the one that is a PITA to get out. if you cant get it out, just take a wire and poke around in there.

i had more trouble with my pilot, the main came lose for my easily with a big flat head but the piliot being in the tube I had to file a flathead down on the sides so I had one big and narrow enough to get it out.

Ur right Elwood. I wrote the wrong thing at first. I ditched the stock carb long time ago, got sick of messing with it.

Wanna buy it? hahaha. I wouldn't mind trying out a 38PE Keihin round slide.
