Jarhead, changing the suspension isn't going to help the ride comfort due to the warrior's low seat height. The warrior seems to have a very low seat height in comparison to the foot pegs, i'm 6 foot and 200 lbs and I never fully realized how cramped I was on it until I got my raptor and then went back to the warrior.
You can lower the foot pegs to get a little more comfort, raptor 350 foot pegs are a bolt on direct fit, and are based off the yfz450 design, lower and wider.
Taller seat foam will also help, although I can't find anybody that sells a pre-made tall foam and the cover to match. You could contact the aftermarket companies like Ceet and Guts Racing, and see if they offer something that isn't listed on their site, or would be able to make you a taller foam. Other than that, your options are to get a motorcycle or upholstery shop to custom make you one, or get creative and make one for yourself.
I put an aftermarket seat foam on my dual sport bike and learned a few things along the way. I replaced the stock foam with one from Guts Racing, that is taller, and considerably more firm. Although the seat is physically only about an inch taller, the increased firmness means I don't sink down into the seat as much as I used to. The combination added 2 or 3 inches to my seated position, I used to be able to just barely touch my feet flat on the road, and now all I can manage is about the front 3 inches of my shoes touching. That added height did noticably increase my riding comfort, I was never really cramped on the bike but this change has made the long trips easier on my ass and the rest of my body.
I've seen several different approaches to do-it-yourself seat modifications, you'll just need to be willing to experiment and find out what works for you. You can replace part of the foam with a more dense foam. One of the materials i've seen used is a cheap stadium seat cushion that you can buy in the sporting goods section, it's basically just a block of foam with a carrying strap on it. It's more dense than standard seat foam but otherwise it's workable just the same. You can hack that up to size and either replace the top part of your seat foam with it, or add it on top of your existing foam. Just keep in mind that you can't make it so tall that it won't fit under the seat cover anymore, since it doesn't look like there are any seat covers available to accommodate the taller foam.
I'm just throwing a couple ideas out there right now, if you want to pursue this let me know and I can try to help you more.
