stock shocks are fine..but definitely crappy compared to aftermarket ones...i get around 8-9 ft of air off my jumps..you can see them...they're around here or you can watch my vids..i have stock shocks..sure it hurts but you get used to it :)

You must be hitting some shitty jumps then bro; stocker 400EX shocks are a little better then the Warriors but they still ******* suck for doing anything above 4-6 feet of air. You hit some of the jumps around here on your stocker shocks and you will blow the fuckers up or be in for a hurting on the landing; you cant "just stiffen them up". My Elkas make landing feel like you touched down on a cloud and the 400EX feels like you were dropped off a building.

Then furthermore going over large whoop runs the stocker suspension on both the Warrior and the EX is extremely boingy vs. other good suspension that just kinda lets you "hover/float" over them.

sorry for trying

and it also sucks jumping a kawi bayou without any shock liquid and you land and the handle bars wail you in the face when it bounces back.....now tell me what will hurt landing

yeah not that much air but i must think it was wonderful cause of my old bayou when i would hit my jumps you could hear the slam as i landed for miles

my shocks are set to the stiffest point tho but i cant afford any other aftermarket shocks and if i could i would probably have to get ohlins are they any good?? my friends got a rear on his kx 65 and i bottom out off my little jumps with it lol but its not meant for that monsterous amount of immense weight

but my cousin with his rapalac 660 on the other hand with the +2s or 3s i cant remember and the elkas on the front is like landing on a cloud like you said

so pretty much what has been discussed in this thread is aftermarket shocks are better than stock? duh
