What is the piece that goes here called?

I'm almost done with a top end rebuild but I realized I'm missing the oil passage piece(I have no clue what it's called). I have the one going from the case up to the jug but I need 1 more to go from the jug to head. If anyone knows what this is called please let me know. Thank you

Number 11 on the thing, labeled as a dowel. There's a better word for it bit it's escaping me at the moment. You'll also want to use that special thiiccc boiii o ring on that
