Are you leeking engine oil, or trans oil? If it's gear oil from the trans, check over all the bolts, and extension housing seal.

Its a Ford they tend to bleed alot, go ahead and get u a 350 and drop in it lot less worries.....

Just kidding iv been beating on a ford explorer past couple hours, so had to poke at it a bit
