We didnt break if off inside but we took it out and it almost got cross threaded and it was really stressed. But it was the chain tensioner bolt. I dont think any of the bolt on warriors are heat treated. I torque them down to the right specifications and ive broken or stressed at least 5 on just this engine.

Just now orderd my hydrolic clutch, prm summit bumper, and pro design uni clamp on filter. All for a good price too 364 and if i would of got out of a store it would of been at least 440. Ebay rocks. Im soo excited.

Jesus christ...Is there gona be anything left stock on it? HaHa

umm the only things i can think of right now are the frame, wireing harness, brake lines, brake calipers, and rims. Everything else on it is aftermarket, I plan on getting new steal braded brake lines too. But even the bolts are aftermarket, I got every bolt in SS in a kit from ebay. I highly recomend it its only $89 and you get every bolt, well almost except for the swing arm bolt and like 4 other ones that are retarded.

I wouldn't get rid of the stockers unless you get something .190 with a rolled bead or reinforment rings. I bent my itp's into a square just by landing wrong.
You should get new front tires though as I think it would help greatly not have so much side wall roll and have so much push. Running the stockers with that much air has to be a harsh ride.

Idk what kind of tires i want yet. Ive been looking at maxxis and kenda tires. But i know i want the front tires to be be the stock size which i think is 22-7x10, im not sure though. Then i want the rears to fit the rear rims which i think are 9 inchs, corect me if im wrong and i want them to be 22 to help me with the ruts in the woods.

Does anybody have any sugestions for tires, front and back for muddy conditions, then a set for dry conditions, Or just an all-around good set of tires for wet and dry.

I dont want to get mud tires and use them for dry conditions becuase i think they will wear fast. But i want a set of mud tires or a set of tires that clean out well in the rear, like the i-razr's. Idc about the fronts, just a good set.

Any recomendations will be great. I would perfer something from kenda or maxxis though. I dont plan on spending over 300 for them front and back together.

K ive looking and im really interested in the kenda klaw xc front in 22-7x10 6 ply. Then the Kenda knarly xc rear in 22-11x9. I think those will fit stock size rims...right? Also what does everyone think about these for all around racing/riding in the woods, dry and wet conditions.

Will the rear tires clean out good for any of you that have them?

Think about it to how important tires are.. they put the power to the ground and connect you. I would recomend some razors 22's and 22's in the front. If you were to go 20's in the back then 21's up front. In your case I would look for something light weight and durable. Look what other top people are using for your style of racing.
Getting rid of both stock front and rear tires on this machine for any 4 ply or 6 ply tire is a vast improvement over stock.

I think any knobby tire like the holeshot style will clean out great.. I know mine do. The more open the lug the better it will clean out...

Thanks for the rim sizes jason.

Im still looking, i know for sure now i want 6 ply and 22's on the front and the back.

Im not get holeshots, i have a set now. And they just hold the mud in the.

Im pritty sure that the im going to get the kenda klaw xc's on the front becuase i love those tires. But for the back idk about the knarly's the tred pattern looks pritty close, idk if they will clean out well. I had the maxxis I-razrs in mind but they only come in 20's or thats all i could find.

Does anybody know of anyone on here that has the knarly's or the klaw xc's?

I have 20/11/9 kenda klaw xc's. YOU DO NOT NEED 22'S JUST TRUST ME!!!!! I was just like you are now, thinking well I ride in mud and ruts and will just need all the ground clearance I can get. I can absolutely go anywhere with these 20's that I did with 22's. Once you get 20's and just feel how fucken great they handle/slide but still go you will NEVER run 22's again! The kenda klaw xc's just hook like crazy in about every condition, I've rode in mud, hard packed dirt, water, rocks they just hook. Only thing they have'nt been in is snow and well thats because winter ain't here yet. You can also run the klaws one way for hard terrain or put the wheels on the opposite side for soft terrain.

YOU DONT NEED 22'S!!!!!!!!! haha

Oh and a little side not you can get a set of 20/11/9 kenda klaws for 100 bucks shipped from rmatv, cant beat that price anywhere!

Chad maybe because my 20 XCR's are more of a flat rear and front tire they don't offer the ground clearance in the rear.. because honestly I do get stuck in alot of places... not because the tire is full of mud or anything, it's because there just not tall enough and the skid stops me. Although when riding very fast through the woods these tires are 100 times better then stocks. They just hook up.

I'm very suprised that mud gets held in that HD tire.. you must have some very sticky stuff!! I wonder if you could cut a pattern in them and that would help you out the cheap way.

didn't someone say that 22's are only 1/2" taller anyway? I can't remember though.

and personally like chad basically said.. try and get the lowest tire you can get away with, that way it gets you closer to the ground and inturn will handle better.

Well i might get 20s now, the only reasion is becuase of what jason said, the lower to the ground the less likly you are to flip. But idk about you guys but where i live and race the ruts are insanely deep in some spots. A lot of the time you will see people stuck on ruts in my races. and yes our mudd is very sticky where i ride.

Do you really think with wider arms and extended axle i will be more likely to flip. I mean ive only fliped 2 on my warrior before everything on it. And it was in the same spot and that was becuase i was sliding compleatly sideways on a wet hill and would catch a dry spot. I dont think i will be more likly to roll seeing as in how i dont roll that much anyways.

I might have to hold off on this subject for a couple months anyways. Its going to start snowing by the time i even get it race able and i have 22 rear tires for snow. So ill have to see how i like the 22's when i get those on. I know im getting the kenda klaw xc in the front with a 22 size. Then for the back im still deciding between the klaw xcr or the knarly and im pritty sure they are going to be in 22. But ill have to decide about that.
