Anyone have a aftermarket shifter?

I really do not like the shifters on warrior.. So dose anyone sell an aftermarket shifter.. or do you just have to make one?

Two options for ya: the YZ250 shifter or one from a Honda 400ex. The downside is that these shifters are about 1 -2 inches longer. So if you have big feet, great you're in luck. If not, then you have to move your foot forward to shift. I bought the cheap Emco one for the 400ex, cut it and welded it shorter.

so then do you just wack off the old shifter or is there some way that you can take it off.. but I can use a 400ex shifter, and it will just bolt up to it without bending it.. That cool.. anyone have any pictures???

Now, how do you get the old shifter off the peg??? I haven't tryed it yet.. but I didn't know if there was something holding it on?

There's just a little e-clip that you can pull off with some needle nose pliers.
