does anyone know how to seperate the ball joints W/O proper tools......a trick so to speak!!!:argh:

Take a ball peen hanner, or a hammer with some ass to it, and whack the knuckle where the ball joint's shank go through. Hit it a few times and it'll pop out. Just make sure the castle nut is off, lol.

so ur saying hit on the back side of knuckle and not on thread side of ball joint i think, cause you cant, no room to get a clean hit! ill try it! HAS ANYONE THOUGHT BOUT PUTTIN A ZERK ON TOP? OR IS THERE NO ROOM BETWEEN METAL N TOP OF BALL?

and 1 more i was wondering about.....thanks guys

No prob. I hardly ever use a pickle fork when doing front end work. I tried it once and there wasn't enough room. Soom boots will come off easy, others will rip and you're **** outta luck. Try filling a seringe with grease and stick the nossle inbetween the boot and shank, and fille r up. Up to you. I wouldn't try to remove the boots.
