You can tune the needle you have for it now. Whats in there? Right is rich, Left is lean. Since you dint have quick tune nob, you gotta take the cap off each time and use a screw drivah.

well thats a pain haha im gonna have to get that quick tune knob... its got a 16 E in it so i dont know if i can tune it right, thats for more of a stock engine. you think?

Also there is a lil screw on the bottom right side of the bowl. What is that for?

U sure its a 16e? Not a 19. I run a 19. Ur way lean cuz they come stock with an 18 in them.

yep im positive its a 16E. When i got it from kyler, he said it came off his buddies warrior that was stock except for a wiesco piston. but i did however get a 19E ordered, it should be here this wendsday. How many clicks is yours set at?

Yes i have shaved my throttle housing so it will open to WOT.

Also there is a small screw at the bottom right side of the fuel bowl, what is that for?

I dunno how many click mine is at, and it gunna be different once the weather warms up by one or two clicks. Mine was set when I got it dyno'd. I just adjust it off that once it gets cold out. Urs will be different anyways, it goes off the mods you have and also why these are finicky carbs to start with.

That screw is for the accel pump. Here click this;

Well our mods are a similar so i figured the 19E would give me a good starting point.

If you dont mind me asking how much did they charge you to get it dynoed and tuned right??

Well i got some new parts on the monster today!! I got my Razr2 tires put on the baja front wheels, MSR clutch perch w/ terminator cable, GYT-R billet cover, and a billet gas cap.

Oh and i have 2 guys wanting my 87 warrior so when thats gone ill be getting my ASR a arms, Fox floats, and Lonestar stem!

lol yes it is pretty cold but i just throw on the old carharts and go at it. Since that lonestar stem is just chillin in your garage, ill use it hahaha

No i havn't figured the clutch thing out yet. Kinda pissed about it. I just taped the switch so its pushed in and it runs fine now. But i still need to get it fix for good, cause if that comes undone on a ride ill be screwed

thanks! the blue is still on the tires because..... the water will freeze to the tires if i try and clean them haha its cold as balls outside!! I wish i could say it was a lonestar stem but yes sadly its a bent stocker.

i know you probably don't like stock headlights, but i bet that'd look good with them. only the frame painted green with some bright bulbs.

Yes i am getting some kind of graphix kit from deadlast, just trying to think of ideas to give him.

I have thought about putting the HID's in the sockers but there kinda expensive. im not really sure what i wanna do for lighting yet.

Soooo i got the bigger needle for my edel carb today. I put it in, triple checked everything before i started it. I start it, well after about 15 mins of cranking! I looked like a monkey F-in a football trying to start this thing. Not having a choke is gonna suck in the winter. But once it started i kept the rpms up above idle for about 2 mins. I just happened to look down at the header, and the thing is glowing red! Figured it was the low end mixture setting. I adjusted accordingly and took it out for a spin. i was easy on her at first and slowly got faster. I didnt go past 3/4 throttle. I noticed while i was riding that the first 5 inches of the header was glowing a light redish orange..... what would this mean? Tomorrow im gonna check for air leaks around the boots and what not. But damn does this thing have some BALLS!
