Got some garage time in today, I slapped on the Fourwerx carbon hood and also finally scored a set of Quadtech roost guards for my Elkas. Sold the old Quadtech hood. And a big shout out to BK and Geeess, I have finally checked my +2's off the list. Overall this has been a great week, Really thankful for this Forum. I am a member on several others but my fellow YFM350 members are truly the best, Made a lot of good friends from this Forum.

I hear ya man. I'm a member on 3ww and it can't hold a candle to this site! Everyone here takes interest in my atc350x build. I update my build thread on that site, and I get little to no feedback. And, 350x builds get a lot of attention. Meanwhile, I post my updates here, a Yamaha site, and everyone is onboard.

Im just glad to get them, No rush. As long as I get them in the next few weeks its all good. And another thing I would smash those ribs, mac n cheese, garlic potatoes shew, Got me all hungry now. Whats really funny I go out and get food for the Walking dead like I do on Superbowl days lol. Debating on a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza from Mr gattis or Applebees Boneless buffalo chicken catering platter.

Pat I know what you mean, I haven't even made build threads on mine on the other forums. Even though I feel I should I just don't, On raptorforum, RaptorHQ's and Moddedraptor its all about duners and whos got the most HP lol. 75% of the raptor of the months have never seen dirt, Show ponies.

Don't get me wrong, it is a cool place with a lot of information. But, I guess because I'm not friends with anyone over there, I don't get the number of replies that others get. I make sure to comment on other member's threads, and other then not going "all out" with my restoration, I'm doing the most heavily modded X's out of all the builds going on at the moment.

Yes sir Ed it feels like it, I finally found some Quadtech shock guards, I literally just about gave up.


More parts showed up this week, For the 350 I have began taking the DJ kit off and getting it ready for the +2's thanks to BK and Geeess, Also broke down and bought some LSR billet brake line clamps for them and some ModQuad clamps for my Housers. Below will be a pic of the way it set last week when I swapped out the Quadtech hood for the Fourwerx carbon.

Now time for some more good news about the 660, In a few weeks I will have my DFR Fold graphics and hump seat. Big thanks to Sam at DFR!! Got a Pivot works steering stem bushing kit so now I can finally install the +1 Houser. Ended up buying another set of Hiper tech3's and finally got the Quadtech guards Ive been wanting for so long. Almost finished with both quads and owe a big thanks to this Forum. Seeing others builds motivates me to keep on keepin on'' Now time for some pics

Thanks fellers!!! Cant wait to get it all together. And yes Jeff Hipers would look sick on the JOKER, Right now on Ebay they are a set of rear Tech3's with Maxxis razr 2's for $600 not a bad deal at all, since being the wheels them selves cost that much a piece.

The best place to buy Hipers from is Matt from Highlands Powersports. I bought my mudplugs and rings through Hiper but the Hipers on my 350 from Highlands, If you haggle him he will help a feller. The story behind the front Tech3's with the red rings, I bought a set from JC Whitney BIG MISTAKE, They was just the rings so they finally refunded my cash and I took the refund with some extra PP funds and got them. Really wasn't planning in running Hipers on both quads but I love em, some guys love DWT's, Some OMF's, Some Keizers.

I cant believe no one likes the Quadtech guards, Sad face. I felt like I was hunting bigfoot after about 14 months of huntin I found em!!! LOL
