I have never seen either one of these engine skid plates in person on a Raptor 350.

So is there one that fits better than the other? Which one looks cleaner mounted? Really liked the look of the wings that protect the engine on the Pro Armor but it looks like the DG Baja also has them but cannot really see on the pics of them on web sites. Will either one complicate mounting nerf bars in the future?

Thanks for any input.

I've got the DG Baja. The oil drain plug lines up great with it. You will have to loosen the bumper in order to get it on but nerfs are no problem at all. They go over the frame and the skid goes under it.

id say the baja skids... but i made my own engine skid plate so im not positive...

Both are probably good but I've heard people complain about not being able to get to the drain plug with some of them. I'm not sure which ones they were talking about though. If you want to see a pic of anything in particular with the Baja one just let me know and I'll post it.

One ive heard bad reports on is the UM chassis skid, and maybe the armadillo, but my armadillo products are Great so i cant say for sure.
