What's the deal with tie rods? I've never had a problem... Except one I lost one going down the trail... But that was my fault lol.

the tend to bend or brake when you add width.

ya i clip a turn marker once tierod and end went bye bye broke the asr cromoly rod and sheared the 8mm end off and i had a buddy bend a oem tie rod around till it made a 40 degree angle and we still dont know what he hit

seat to pegs was rased 1.5 inches making it 20.5 from peg to the top of the seat

and with the 660 rear shock and subframe raised the grab bar is 33" with the frame rails 11" off the ground with 0" of sag

oooooo i lied not all parts are on order one is bringing up the back of the pack but it will be a while till its finished and on the machine just stay tuned this one will set it off!:evilface:

Brake rotors and calipers came in this morning was hoping for more parts but beggers cant be choosers

installed the yfz calipers and hot dog they do just bolt up! no shimming no nothing they just bolt right up! the caliper to rotor ratio is wacked looking

and for the track if you saw how my track was set up now you would understand why it needs to stop on a dime
