I know this question has been asked a thousand times, and is partially covered in engine build section, but I need the exact parts to put together a true reliable 12:1 366cc warrior with gaskets, cam, valves, springs, and any other top end items i missed Thanks for all your help on here guys, this is my first true engine build i am doin myself any help is appreciated (racing season starts in february)

thanks

You missed a really good opportunity on ebay a while ago, somebody sold a head with a bore and and high compression piston for around $60, I would've got it if I was looking for motor mods.

Hey Missouri trail rider, are you gonna be racing in the OXC series? If so then i will probably see you out there.

http://store.albaaction.com/shop/WAR-CAMTISPRG.html with the 2mm overbore.
Maybe you just want to do a kit like this one.. it may not have the correct gaskets to get you to .040" of deck... but it will have all the other ****.
I wouldn't spend the money on having the head all worked over. Just have someone freshin it up and a nice 3 angle valve job like we talked about in the engine build.

ok how much would that cost approximately and what would be the benifits vs no porting and all out porting or just the 3 angle valve job?

so do i just tell them i need a 3 angle valve job and they should know what im talking about? also what does the 3 angle valve job consist of?

ok how do i get exactly .040" of deck or necessary height with the JE 366cc 12:1 piston?

did you read the engine build thread? You'll have to measure from the top of the piston to the top of the cylinder when the piston in TDC in the bore. Base gaskets and headgasket add to the deck.
If you don't understand how to do this then I would just get a kit and not worry about it..

are there any other kits you would recomend over this one i need as much power as possible, my buddy just got a new rappy 700 lol plus it sucks that my grizz is faster than my warrior lol

Powroll has a 366cc kit made for pump gas.. with the 12:1 compression you'll be running race gas.
Unless you love the **** out of your warrior and are planing on keeping the thing forever then I would recomend going up to the 700 raptor or a 450 for a race bike. You're going to end up spending a lot of money into your warrior to make it the same level or not even that as some of these bikes.
Both kits are good.. the Alba one is a little more complete (gasket wise, but most of the gaskets, o-rings can be reused) and has more compression. This doesn't include anything that you want to do to the head other then valve springs.

since you have the 10.5:1 kit, how does it compare to other bikes and stock warriors I plan on a YFZ sometime soon but i wont have one before february since i just bought a brand new Kawasaki ZX6R and I still have to pay off the grizz i went and bought lol so the YFZ is a ways off

Just ride it then man, don't drop any money into it if you plan to dump it, you'll only regret it as you won't get anything more for a return come selling time. I put the money in mine because it's not going anywere.

Honestly.. I spent so much money into this thing.. I love it and will not get rid of it but still.. I could have been making payments on a raptor 700 with all the money I have droped on this thing.
I bet it would maybe keep up to a z400 or something in that range. It's a little faster but I'd still get my ass kicked my a stock 450 or 700.
