I currently have a White Bros E series, but was wondering if I should upgrade to a HMF???? will it be any better?????

My friend has a e-series on his warrior and when i only had my hmf and K&N i could notice a good bit of difference in power. The hmf adds a lot on bottom to mid and some on top, Im not really sure what the e-series adds but i was'nt impressed when i rode my friends warrior with the e-series. I also thinks the hmf sounds a lot better than the e-series, the hmf has a deep throaty sound when putting around and really barks when you open it up. But all this is just my 02.cents

I'm just speculating with this, but I think the E-series is sort of designed to make the best power for a stock or mildly tuned engine. As restrictive as those discs can be, and the increased flow and pressure you have with the 446, I would either run the E-Series with no end cap, or get something with a more open core like an HMF. That's just what I think.
