Yes you can, You have to rock the jug and head forward slightly to get the bolts out past the frame. So I would plan on removing the jug and replacing the gasket while you are at it. Its real easy once you do it. I had never done it before a few months ago and now I can swap the whole top end out in less then an hour. (Don't ask...)
well thats the thing i have got the head off and i already botled the jug on with a new gasket and now i have to get a bolt outta the head which is already off and i want to know if i could go ahead and mount the motor into the frame and out plastic on so i can ride asap
