sounds like ya may need new gaskets, also check and make sure all the bolts are tightened on the case! If it's leaking lots maybe there a crack or something, hopefully just gaskets??

was the drain plug tight and is the oring good not smashed to tight is so oil will leak out and go every where like he said chech the case bolts and the rest of the motor

clean all the oil off of it, and just give it enough time for oil to start leaking out, then stand it up on the grab bar and look for where the fresh oil is coming from. I have a slow oil leak coming from the gasket between the 2 halfs of the motor, but i'd rather just keep an eye on my oil level instead of splitting the case just to replace the gasket.

ya and the external starter (little cylinder thingy at the front of the engine), it leaks all around that too!

The only thing that seals up the starter is a rubber o-ring. If you take the starter to a hardware store you should be able to find a new o-ring in the plumbing section.
