I use the Belray gearsaver. It's the best IMO
Yamalube mineral based trans lube works well to. You can also use type 3 ATF, but you have to change it after every other ride cause it breaks down so fast.

Do you know why thats bad??

The friction modifiers in engine oil, won't only eat your clutch up... It also can make the trans slip out of gear on you, causing premature shift drum failure.

I like the ester based H1R for air cooled motors. It seems to lubricate better under higher temps. It also mixes better with higher octane fuel.

you said motor oil is bad to run in the case but Alex said he uses 10w40 oil in his that's motor oil so I'm confused:loco:

and how much goes in the case and where do ya put it in?
