OK guys, without going into too much detail I am throwing around some ideas for a product I think will generate some interest.

But to make it a little more unique I want to add a logo to it. So recommend some 'generic' type designs/logos that you think would look good on our quads.

Can't be anything highly detailed and would have to be able to be 'stenciled'. In other words, the little 'tabs' that hold the 'stencil' together can't detract from the design.

I thought about going with the Yamaha tuning forks logo, but thought there has to be something better.

So lets hear your ideas....

I need a little more detail as to what your getting at. a graphic??? a design for liek the side plate of the motor?? a new product with the design engraved?? what ya looking at?

Similar to the frame guards on Bad04Warrior's bike in the Elite section.

I suppose I could go with the GYT-R logo.....

i say use the turning forks logo that be prity sweet . wait are you making these frame guards?

**Top Secret**

"DAMNIT Curtis, you have to trust me on this one!!"

...oh, sorry. watching 24... ::)

OK so here are some of the ideas I have come up with so far:

Flames
Skull
GYT-R
Tuning Forks
or just some simple slots (boooor-ing!)

Right now I am leaning toward the GYT-R.

I want to come up with something that will work for the largest group of people, since I will only be able to do one design initially.

SO COME ON, SPEAK UP!!!

the tuning forks with gytr going acrost it in the middle and slots on the outsides, around the symbol

Too busy. There would be too much cut out of it.

The Shift logo( just the logo in the center)

Design will be cut out. Max design size is about 3" high x 4" wide.

how about the msr logo (our quad has some MSR)

This is why it has to be 'generic'. Not everyone has MSR parts o there bike.

Plus, I hate the fact that every company out there has their name/logo on their stuff. You end up with all of your billet parts with different logos.

Not to mention trademark violations.... ::)

OK so what are you using to cut??just trying to get an idea..i can get some stuff drawn out by tonight and posted here for ideas

your not giving us enugh information to give you some suggestions

what are you cutting
are you cutting / painting / grinding
how do you think it should look?

Grrrr... I feel a rant coming on....

Did anyone look at Bad04's bike? Or read the above posts?

Let me see if I can clear this up:

The part(s) will be metal
(haven't decided what specific material yet)
The 'design' will be cut out of the metal
(think IMS Roll Custom Classic Bumper inserts)
The will be cut via waterjet
Design will be approx max of 3"x4"
Design to be 'generic' to appeal to the largest number of people
(no 'brand' logos except maybe Yamaha specific brands)

Since it will be cut on a waterjet, I can cut any design I can program (basically anything) and it will cut up to 6" thick Titanium. But this will be a simple sheetmetal part.

I didn't think this would be so hard for you guys.... ::)

This is an example of one idea I had. The black would be cut out.
Obviously I need to cleen it up a little, but it's a start...
