Thank you all,
We finally started to see a bit of improvement this morning. We are still in ICU until she can fully breath on her own. With that said this is proof of what caring people can do.
And this is what makes a family!

Hope today Brings more good news for you and yours brother! Thinking of ya often!

Great to hear sparky. Will continue to send u and yours positive trouts and prayers for continued improvement

Just wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the prayers and kind thoughts!
My wife is now stable and functioning well. She was diagnosed with acute respiratory failure. The good news is that she is recovering. It will of course be a long road but with you alls support we will make it through.
The doctors pin pointed the cause to a drug she recently started called methotrexate. This is a wicked drug to lower the immune system.
She struggles with a mixed connective disease which unfortunately we and the doctors cannot figure out what the fix is.
For people like me this is particularly hard to accept when I fix things for a living. But we will make it through! And trudge on to the next doctor's office hoping for the answer and relief.
I appreciate all of you and you families, without you all we would have had a much tougher go at this.
So the update is we most likely we return home today from Barnes Jewish hospital till the next time
