I dought it because their probably mounted at the best position out of the factory

It will ride different, not necessarily better. Like if the mounts are moved out farther, you may make better use of your suspension travel on rough terrain, but you won't be able to handle jumps as well because it will be softer than normal towards the top of the stroke. That's the best I can do to sum it up.

Leave it stock. It's not the kind of thing to mess around with. That's what aftermarket shocks are for.

whell some people dont have that kind of money, what would be the best for rough trails and minor jumps....im not saying im gonna do it i was just asking what would be the best set up

Stock shocks and stock positions.... the stock front suspension on mine was able to handle just about any trail riding condition and wasnt too bad on jumps.

yeah, just leave it alone. all you're going to have is problems if you even attempt to modify your shock mounts. Leave it stock, or do it the right way and get better shocks.

the right way and get better shocks..

And fron suspension has double springs?

Yep, Works A-T Steeler dual rates on the front, and that pic was of the stock rear shock, with a vinyl decal on the reservoir to make it look better. Since then, that rear shock has been replaced with one from a 2001 Raptor. Both work much nicer than stock.
