Alright, well, I was out messing with the Warrior a lil today & the more I look at it I think the rear is a wider than the front. My control arms are great so I don't wanna replace those yet but I would like to make the front a tad wider. I've read that it's good to have the fronts just a lil wider than the rear & I could do that by flippin the fronts but that might be more than I want. I'm thinkin about 2 inches fer side. What have you guys used & post pics if ya have em please?

Flipping the fronts is perfect. Did it on my Warrior and my Raptor and I like the stance it gives it.

I have 11's on the back for tires so it's Prolly wider back there then stock anyway. I'm gonna try to get some flush mount stems through my work tomorrow & maybe just flip the fronts. Wierd parts is I kinda like he shallow dish look in the front, I'd just like the overall width to be wider. I'm so Freakin picky, ugh!

If you cant get flush mounted stems, just put a stem in backwards on the factory hole and drill another on the back side, we'll need to break the bead of the backside so u can put another stem threw the right way. Its another way to do it. Ive done this 3 diff times and it works great

I can get the flush mounts one way or another, no biggie. So you guys just flipped the fronts & game on right? Obviously flipping the rears too would be defeating my purpose, lol!

actually it would make is about right you want the front a tad wider if you just flip the fronts its a buch wider up front then it tracks funny if you flip the backs it will be perfect still wider up front but not a huge change

On the first several sets of wheels I flipped, I had the original holes welded and drilled new ones. The last two sets I just drilled new holes and pulled a stem backwards inside the rim then filled with sealer. The rear wheels on my Raptor are flipped as well. The rears on the Warrior have the offset wider without flipping so they are on correct. Both atv's seem to be the same width or close front and rear and seem to ride and track great.

Alright, let me get this straight. If I flip just the fronts then the front is going to be considerably wider than the rear but I flip both front & rear the front Will just barely be wider? So that sounds like they have a different offset & the front has more, correct?

Correct

Front is only a 5" rim and usually 3+2 offset. Seems that some of the later rims are 4+1. I think all of my current rims are the 4+1 variety. Rear is an 8" rim and usually 5+3. I haven't measured, but if the front is wider flipped, then it is minimal. Just eyeballing down it I swear it looks equal.
