Well first things first does anyone know what the width of a stock axle is, because when i bought my warrior i was told it had a wider axle.

Next a few of my current mods are k&n filter, 10.25:1 compression piston, dg supertrapp pipe, and dynojet stage2 kit running the 150 jet. I'm going to get a dynatek cdi and a header eventually. the thing i cant decide on is a cam, I'm looking at the hot cams. what i cant decide on is the stage 1 or 2. i ride in woods and on trails, i also do the occasional mud bog and drag. So any help would be great. and thanks ahead of time.

2 cents.....stock header on the warrior is the best one for it. Its already lagre stock. Powerbomb is the only other choice but even with that I've gotten mixed reviews. Dynateck CDI might also be a waste of cash.......I vote spend on suspension and engine. Stage 2 is more popular, but hotcams also gets mixed reviews. Check into webcam or poweroll as far as pricing goes.

now i have a new issue that i need to worry about before i worry about anything else. it died when i was riding today. checked for spark and i can see a normal spark. its still in time. but ive tryed to spray starting fluid in but it still wont firing. i can get it to start if i pull start with another 4 wheeler but the minute i put it in second and gas it it dies.

Do you have aftermarket rims back there? Most of em that you'll buy will widen it 2" on each side. I had to widen the front up with +2 arms just to balance the machine right after getting the rear rims. I think the stock width is somewhere around 40" or so. That doesn't look like a wider axle, I think they just got a set of offset rims and didn't balance the front with them. Widen up the front to match or you might understeer on sharper corners, that was how I broke my wrist...

I agree, it looks like a stock axle, all the aftermarket ones I know of have a chrome or nickel plated finish. The wheels are definitely aftermarket, those look aluminum and all the stock aluminum wheels had a steel reinforced rolled lip. That's where your extra width is coming from, it's a wider offset.

i did find out that the back rims are itp, but im going to measure it because i did find one company i dont remember the name that sold primed axles.
