I have a blaster with a ton of stuff done to it but it doesn't seem like a good trail quad. It has to be reved up all the time and it's just hard to ride. I was thinking about trading for a warrior. What do you guys think? Is it worth it? I know this is a warrior forum so you will probably say warrior but just give me your honest answer, thanks

warrior was made for trail riding, blaster would be better suited in open country. I love 2 strokes but on trails they just don't have the low end needed. And it's not just blaster VS warrior. I think 4stroke for trails 2stroke for dessert riding. IMO

Yea trust me this thing has a ton of topend but you gotta keep it reved up all the time and it's just too much for trails. Aren't warriors more reliable too?

A ton more reliable and I say warrior 2 of the guys I ride with have blasters and the other had a blaster and I can out run and corner them in the trails but they are bats outta hell in the straits jakes blaster is +3 long and wide both front and back and it still wouldn't handle with my warrior it would out run me on a mx track for sure but a warrior is better for trails

do it guy. you've been asking everyone. glad you came to the right place ask too. i can't give you an opinion because i have both and love both. wouldn't trade either one for the other.

just my 2 cents though, it sounds like the torque of the warrior would satisfy you if you tried it. it's always there.

you have pics of the warrior in question? may help us help you ya know.

Or stretch the frame and put a long ass swing arm on and extended a-arms. Bore and stroke the engine, install a cool head and your good to go. But talk about an investment!

egh, make it an XC bike. Dragsters are pointless. There will always be someone faster then you, engine wise.

No I havent. It's 3 and a half hours away :( that's why I'm kinda freaking over this deal cause I don't want to drive that far and not trade you know? It looks really clean. The owner is 15.

just check it over and decide. it has the white bros pipe too. one of the best ever made for the warrior.

It's 3 and a half hours away and I just don't want to drive that far an have it be a pos or anything like that.

Dont worry about it being a pos... pretty much unless the frame and suspension is all screwed up you cant kill a warrior... they are just built to last

It's so far though. I'm trying to fine a ride but it's hard. It will be a very suspensful car ride
