Got the quad finished and now I've got gas pissin out the carb so ill hopefully be able to figure that out tomorrow in time for thursday

Were you into the carb? If not tap on the side of it with the plastic end of the screwdriver
Float may be a little stuck?

If you turned the carb upside down the needle might be stuck. Hitting the side usually works.
