So, I picked up another project recently and this thing is giving me the ol no spark horse **** that every other thread is about. Previous owner had to replace the flywheel and stator from damaged caused by loose bolts and wound up also replacing the entire wiring harness and cdi. All the parts are cheapo amazon specials and it looks like the guy was already going through the harness bypassing neutral switches etc. Its an 02 model and i cant for the life of me find a proper wiring diagram, and the procedure for ohming the stator doesnt match any of the wire colors this things got.
long story short, this peice of crap fried my good cdi while testing, and I'm reading all kinds of horror stories about new harnesses being wired backwards and 3 or 4 stator being tried until one works, so I did the only sensible thing: I ripped every part that carries electrons off this thing and threw it in the garbage. I dont even want the ghosts of this harness to accidently get recycled into another failure.
Where can I get replacements that will work the first try and or who is the least annoying customer service to deal with?

And before Mistre$$ says go on drw and spend an entire paycheck on a race cut harness and programmable cdi, the idea here is stock replacement, lol

Hmm, the added rev limit would probably work pretty nice with the engine work I did on mine already, no reason not to upgrade it.
The other machine is stock and doesn't deserve such good treatment yet lol, I'll see what path I take on that
