I belive with the pull start you can run a banshee shifter on it. I think pat has that set up. I have the same shifter as the pic and I love it. It might be a but farther away than stock but i donr notice it

My new nerfs should be at the house when i get home so after i install them ill see how much room ill have and probly jusr remove my factory shifter cut it, weld it to the base part and bend it how i need,, in the end kinda looking like what you have alex!!!Sense i do welding i might as well give it a try for free before i order anything..

Thanks, guys. I'll have to get one ASAP! Gettin ready to go and begin pulling axle see what the bearings look like? Alot of play on sprocket side! just hope carrier isn't tore up? We'll see soon!

Buzzy you gonna try the same with the shifter?? I got my nerfs but i orderd the polished with black nets and they sent them with blue nets,damn why cant sellers just send what they posted!! Now the waiting game to see what there going to do about it, if they say send the hole things back ill keep them and just buy some black nets!!

or dye them black! not super hard they wont be completely black but they will be very dark. cheaper than buying new nets lol. the welded shifter has been done, and it works. it is hard to weld cast though.

I run the MSR shee shifter because I had the big bear cooler on the old engine I just pulled. Have to really mod it to work. Going to the clutch cover cooler for the stroker.

clutch covers ont he other side of the motor, the clutch shifter is on the left side the covers on the right side so no..

but you do have to bend the frame and the header to access the exhaust coolant to be able to tap into the pump, where all the blinker fluid will drain out so you will have to refill it with mineral oil. then you have to remove a whole piece of the gas tank so you have somewhere to put your cooling lines, then you have to take off your hood for somewhere to put the cooler. :loco:
