Bro just overlook the haters, I have had so many disputes with Keyboard racers and wanna be mechanics its unreal. I got the same axle, Awesome price compared to others on the market.
No doubt my durablue ran 370 when I bought I new I like the versatility of the tusk though its optional length makes it ideal for track and trail as for the haters it's what ever I would own a yamaha over nearly any Honda I've never had the issues with this bike they have with there's. besides warrior guys and raptor guys seem to be a lot more chill sure we talk crap but hey it's all in fun Honda guys have a seriousness beyond the fun level that they hit almost instantly
Disassembly in the frame made it semi diff due to the cross bar for the steering stem being right on top was a wiggle situation to get them to fall through
Ill get a video of it running now valve noise really isn't to bad it sounds like our 440 only a lot more untamed given the 440 is running a stock exhaust with no inner reducer for better flow
Looks sick man!!! Im going to end up putting my nerfs back on and did those nerfs come without like the bolts to bolt to the frame? Or did you mod it to just slide onto that pipe?
Alright guys I am requesting any help I can get I built the motor and ran it some to flush the top end of any junk now i gotta do the oil cooler mod but desperately need help as to the size bit and the placement of the holes and where to block off since the thread is so old none o the tutorials show the pics now :-( so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it
It seems really difficult but once you have it apart and all on the table its not so bad. Just make sure you get the first hole straight and measure twice before drilling the 2nd on the outside cover.
You drill first hole from inside throughvoutside using the hole already started in oil gallery. Then using the hole you draw a line upbtovthe oil gallery plug on the top of the clutch cover. Measure from the first hole I believe 1 1/2" on the line drawn and drill second hole
