anyone live close to the AT? (Appalachian Trail)

My little bro is on the AT, he started today. He's through hiking from ME to GA. If anyone lives close to the trail, let me know. I'd like to see if I could get him some hidden supplies or aplace to chill or just a friendly conversation to keep him going. I can track him via a GPS tracker beacon he is carrying on my comp and get ahold of him sporadically on his trek.

I'd like to do something to keep him going if I can.
