Sure, all music is free. That's the reason that 50Cent lives in a 10 million dollar home. He made the music for free. He did not profit one bit. He had all 100 million of his net worth before he left the ATL ghetto. That's the reason Metallica sued, and WON against Nappster. They wanted to give the music away for Fre, and not profit off of Record sales, concert sales, merchandise, and placement. they would rather GIVE away all the hard work, time, and effort that went into 15 years of making music.
Google Creative License, and then tell me that you are not STEALING.
You are not paying for the Digital data on the CD,MP3,Or WMV. You are paying for the CREATIVE TIME, TALENT, and EFFORT of the person that made it.

Yep. If people did not allow the Ripped MP3's they OWN to be accessed by other people, there COULD BE NO P2P programs.
