SNOW!

YES! finally snowing good here. I dno if we're gunna get much but it's snowing pretty hard! hopefully I can get my snowmobile out if it starts this year and maybe get my quad out there. if i get my quad going in the snow what do I need to be carefulk about? like stuff freezing in/on it or w/e? anyways if i do get my machines out i'll have to take some sweet pics! ;D anyone else getting snow?

hey man, I've ridden in the snow lots, just try to stay off the roads where the salt and **** is and you'll be fine. Post up some pics if you get out there in it. We've had a little snow here tonight - about 1 cm. Maybe I'll bust out the Rappy tomorrow

ya man! take some pics if you can. it's just been snowing on and off here. we didn't get much. i dno if it is going to snow more or not but my fingers are crossed. we maybe got like half an inch right now like the news said.. can still see SOME grass sticking out but hopefully by morning there will be a surprise! I'm gunna bug the **** out of my dad tomarrow to go riding even if theres just a bit. cause I wanna go see if our snowmobile will run. but definatly, I will get my dad to take pics if we go!

god snow is so much F-ing fun. I wish we would get some more this year. Every year this is always one place that we get kicked out of or get threats from to stop riding/sleding behind the fourwheelers on. On the first snow this year we got kicked off our schools property and alomst go sewed.

But even if there is no snow me and my friends are dumb enof to come up with a buch of **** to do like we will find the person that has the biggest yard and just tie a sled up to there bike and fly around there yard, we just started that this year ebcuae the snow was putting a damper on my sledding, anywasy i was the first one to try it and guess what my smart ass didnt wear. a helmet. hit a bump fliped the sled around a corner and did like 3 back flips each landing on my head. It sucked. God i wish we wouldnt of broke all of our cameras, we would have some sweet vids this year but what ever stories are just as good.

well I just woke up and the roads, rooftops, and everything else are WHITE!!!!! Looks like I might have to go for a spin today, I'll try to get some pics but I doubt that anyone else is going out today.

lucky bastage!!!!!!! riding right now sucks major ass, it cant make it's mind up if it wants to snow, or freeze, or get warm, but we have been getting the freeze at night then warms up in the day, causing the trails to be slicker than a fat man in a speedo with sun tan lotion.... get some pics ratch.

****, I woke up and we got half an inch.. **********... I'm gunna ask my dad if we can still go out for a bit. I found one of my dad's old snowmobiling suit from the 70's that fits me!!

I seen some ******** out today on their sleds in the whole inch of snow we got, what a bunch of fools. I'd be waiting till we got a better snow fall. It just seems to me that its not even worth it to have a sled anymore, we don't get snow like we use to thats for sure so I sold it and bought a quad

What kind of sled you got anyways?

exactly! but scince the sled we have costed us $100 bucks in the first place.. put a new track on it, windshield, new gaslines, clutch, fuel pump, seat. 1982 yamaha 340 et. it's a peppy lil sled but for the price we got it for, we might as well keep it. it sucks we don't get as much snow. what kind of sled did you used to have?

340 et, I remember those. They were reliable machines.

I had various flavours of Arctic Cats, 79 Pantera 500 (it was ****** fast for a sled made in '79, it would blow by a 503 blizzard), '83 Jag 440, '86 Cougar 500. Then I got outa the sleds. There is a 1990 ? EXT in the garage right now but it belongs to daddy-o (yeah, I still live at home : )

My sled is a yamaha too. 03 Viper ER. Last year I rode my raptor to my buddys house then we jumped on the sleds, very unusual in my area to see sleds sitting at the light waiting for the green. Whens it snows all my toys are fun.

Thanks Ratch, Yamaha makes the nicest sleds. Ill never get rid of my Viper since Yammys are all 4 strokes now and I love 2 stroke sleds. I love the smell of 2 strokes in the morning, smells like.........victory.
