You would be better off just buying a set of works shocks instead of the used 660 shocks since they are valved and sprung for your weight specifically and also riding style. The shock swapping thing won't give you the full potential and it won't be much less than the works. You could also get rec series upper end shocks such as elkas for not much more. You probably don't need the axle unless jumping huge, just go with +2" arms and offset rear rims.
 
How high are you going to jump? I just flipped my rear wheels so it's widened 4 inches, i've landed pretty hard on some jumps and the stock axle is still straight as can be, even with the crappy stock shock. Just putting the raptor 660 shock on the rear will make it much easier on the rear end, so I think you can get away without an aftermarket axle. Get one if you really want it, but the stock one is strong enough for most riders.
 
The biggest thing i do is a humongous triple, step ups, its like a nice mx track, I think i should just get an eliminator +2 axle, wouldn't flipping my wheels like make the axle weaker?
 
I'm around 210-215 lbs, and I jump doubles and step ups, and I'm fine with my rear wheels flipped. Stock rear shock suffers, but the wheels, and axle are still true. I would suggest ASR's for the front and flipped rims. It's a cheap way to get the width, and if you do end up bending the stock axle you will need to pick up an after market one anyway. Why get rid of something that is in good working order. Instead spend the money on something to get the front end squared away. a Higher end set of front shocks or stainless braided brake cables and holders (don't think the price for those is included in the cost of ASR arms).
