Weird sounds from clutch

I put the clutch back together exactly like the FSM said, and using help from here and bluetraxx.com I added an extra steel and heavy springs and iot works great and grabs like a mofo...it just makes a weird noise sometimes when I let the clutch out, esp. in hard turns, it sounds like something ins rubbing, kinda like sanpaper on a metal surface but louder.

Could this be normal and what do you think it is?

the clutch side of the case...thats all I can tell.

Pull the case and check it out, sounds like something is rubbing something it shouldnt be.

yea pull the clutch cover and check for waer on the cover and the clutch basket and therest of the right side of the motor for wear of metel ect
