Aluminized pipe. But it takes a good 3 hours to make. Lots of fitting, bending, and making the 1.5" pipe curve like it needs to be. Not to mention making the stock flange to fit and the grinding to allow the mounting collector to fit well.

i am very pleased in the trade! we came out about even trade wise, but i cant wait to slap the 39 and pipe on walle and try it out on a dyno!!!

so... why aint you finished it?

To ****** busy. Any time I have to myself as of late, something comes up. Starting a busyness and trying to make a name for yourself is work, hard work. I'll get at soon though. Just need to get the jug off and out to the shop. Technically im not even suppose to be spending any more money on it, or so I told the fiancé. We have a big wedding to pay for that "im saving for". Haha

PLEASE DO! And post up the results. We have a dyno days/HMF anniversary coming up and I want to get the madcow ran again.

Lets see this pipe. I wanna hear it too.

If you figure that carb out, please write up a tutorial if you can.

it may be a month or more but will dyno it then, got a few custom goodies to complament the carb too:evilface: pat shhhhh, intake is my specialty and makeing it breath better is my favorit thing to do!! i got a special part up my sleve that will put it over the top! but dyno is the first place its going!

cleaned the carb and got to fire her up today got new handle bars and clutch perch on, need to move the clutch one or two teeth back to get more adjustment out of the cable. and i still have the lights to do.

So I got my custom made kicker shaft back today..
They machined it to big, and it won't fit threw the seal in my clutch cover!! :argh:

So now I need to figure out a few things that I don't wanna deal with right now... I think it's miller time?

PS.. I threw a wreck, and my garage looks like a war zone!! I kinda lost it for a minute.
That kicker cost me $200 bucks..
