You deff. did the right thing by payin for a important part, just need to make sure it all get ironed out............then get us some footage!

Yah it just needs to be thrown in the lathe for a few turns.
Someones diameter measurements were way out to lunch... :yell:

Bought stuff for it (new oil filter, oil, cotter pins, grease & drip pan).
Ready to change the oil and waiting on the front bearings to come in so I can get her off the jack stands.

Put the rear plastics off the 96 on so now its black up front and teal in the back. Put the gold rims on with the pro wedges in the back.

and of course no probs except when we stopped to take a break at a huge mud hole after I told my boy that he shouldn't try to go through cause it's suction mud he did anyways well as soon as the front tires hit the mudd they sunk all the way to the upper a arms it's like my knowledge isn't good enough for him he always has to try to prove me wrong and so far he's on a losing streak LMFAO

well imo he is just another wish he knew it all 15 and a half year old kid that needs to start listening to his been there done that before dad lol

Cut the front set of plastics off the 96 and put them on the 02 (looks pretty sweet I think) added the oil cooler with no lines yet, cut the top off my extra air box and am ready for an outerwear lid. Also drilled out my other clutch cover fucked it up and will be sending that and my clutch cover to 98 to finish the cooler mod.

This being the main reason I offer the service. Your actually the 2nd person I know that asked me, decided to try it themselves and messed up in some way. The other guy drilled thru the galley side.

I just drilled two holes where I wanted to..... didn't even know about the galley till I did some more reaserch. Owe well you live and learn..... And you get a clutch cover to see if you can polish so In the end its all good brother cause you gunna make some $$$ on the polished ones Hahaha

Prices and pics of past ones are in a sticky thread in the parts for sale section. I do every thing from just covers to full kits with an fittings.

Finished building a couple jumps, and rode with my 12 year old sister. She's got the 1st and second gears down and is getting really good at tighter turns. Won't be long till she's popping wheelies!
