i think i am running a 155 main jet for my HMF and CFM box w UNI filter. you may not have the same jetting though since your sucking way more air with that.

btw, that HMF looks great. i bet it sounds good too don't it?
Yea man it sounds sick, I can't believe the difference it made. I def gotta figure out what jetting to get, I might just let my local shop do the work on it.

put in new stator and got it running again.but it's making a weird ticking sound now :(

Well now i guess its my new piston and jug all need replaced just getting tired of it considering selling everything for something more reliable

Warriors are one of the most reliable quad out there.... who did your engine work?? Did they bore and hone the jug to your exact piston size? Like did they mic out the piston and match the jug to it? Somethings fishy

That place in akron did the work i put it together the ring gap is .0040 which explains the blow by

Got my new timing chain, and flywheel puller. Waiting on the starter clutch. I'm tired of push starting it. Anyone out there got an extra rope starter?

Are you talking .004" or .040"? .004 is not enough so that would not cause blow by. Now .040" that would definitely be too much. Rule of thumb on end gap is .010-.015" minimum on the oil rails, .003-.0035" per inch of bore size on the second ring and .004-.0045" per inch of bore size on the top. Works out to about .011" on the second ring and .015" on the top ring. Any less and the rings could butt together under high heat conditions.

Welp found out my axle got chewed up when riding over the weekend where the bearing rides. Dad says he can fix it so im keepin fingers crossed. Also workin on a custom lonestar style brake caliper mount to run the skid the right way.

Just finished my skid plates for my arms and belly, they look good and will be rock proof. Got a set built for Yamahauler znd sending to him tomorrow.
Still working on my "Torq Pipe" idea. Made one just need some R&D on it. But I'll have that soon.
