Started the reassembly of my swingarm and axle carrier. Should be ready to ride tomorrow!

Looking good Todd
the majority of our trails closed down November 1st and they don't open back up until January 1st or when the snowmobile trails open which ever comes first:tdown: sucks!!!

You think that is bad, the trails that '00 WO YA! and I ride close Dec1st and don't open till April1st!

I went out, and got my 490 running today. It fired on the 3rd kick.
But I can't ride it till I get a new swingarm, cause the stocker is so twisted it keeps snapping the chain. (Which also needs to be replaced now)

Well then get off your lazy canadian ass and get r done! lol. I took mine out on the property today. 1st day of muzzle loader, so I can't go out and ride. May hit the trail system west of me tomorrow.

Went and got my head from Mr Jessup, and a go pro today!

did a lot of hair pulling over walle's motor, just never would work with me, although i did CC my head successfully! 34.4cc! im satisfied.

built mikes case saver.

Got my wardog all back together, new bearings in the swing arm and axle carrier, both with grease zerks installed. And got my 660 rear shock in. Now I just need to get some money to westin for chain rollers.

I picked up a used axle off Kijiji, now I like to find a good gen 2 sprocket hub. I'd like to assemble a complete rear end for when the one I'm using now dies.

I'd like to get the parts I need, but the wife won't let me buy anything with christmas just around the corner.
I might have to wait till after I get my taxes done next spring.

Whaaaa-pissshhh! ^^^
lol
Well the swingarm shop has all the measurements for my custom swinger, and I have all the other parts priced out.
It should only cost me around $650 bucks to do this.
The first time I get some money ahead this winter I'm gonna buy all that stuff. Then I'm gonna call Mike at ASR, and order my a-arms. :iagree:
