I'm bored at work still trying to figure out how I'm gonna get my fly wheel off the warrior. Gotta love people that think they can work on stuff

Yea, the previous owner or someone else stripped out the threads where you put the flywheel puller. A simple job of a timing chain and one way clutch has turned into a nightmare

Luckly I do. I have a lightened flywheel sitting on the shelf that I have been debating on putting in. Guess I will be now lol

if you have the cases split you can knock the crank out of the flywheel/rotor with a rubber hammer ... i have had to do this before

You've got a puller a messed up flywheel. A new flywheel on the shelf. Drive the puller onto the flywheel, put three tacks, then crank it off. Grind your tacks and throw the old flywheel away.
Just a thought.

Yea my dad said to drive the puller on and pull it out that way. It just sucks to waste a 30 dollar tool like that.

that's cause we are all on Whatsapp now instead of cluttering up the threads on here
