Just got my Jets in and they will be installed later today. I'm more excited though about my new helmet I got in the mail. It's a EVS T5 GP helmet with Fox Main Goggles that I just bought this morning at Macomb Powersports. BTW anyone near Macomb Powersports, they are having a huge "garage" sale (Friday/Saturday) and everything is marked way down.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. As far as the build is concerned, I got the new jets in and it definitely runs better, pulls harder in the upper rpm and seems to be running cooler. Going to check the plug in the morning because it was too hot to touch lol.

Side Note: I don't know how many mods are going to happen to my quad in the near future because I'm starting college in a few days and my time and money are going to be drawn a little thin, but I'm sure I'll still be logging on daily to comment on other threads.

Well, it's been a while since this has been updated. I've hardly been riding my quad 'cause of the lousy weather here in Michigan. Hope everyone had a nice holiday and break from school/work. I've been busy working on clearing out the trails from downed trees and building a trailer with my dad/brothers for our quads, so the warrior hasn't had much attention. Did get out and ride it yesterday which was nice for a change (video up on youtube, check it out). Anyway, got the parts ordered for the raptor clutch mod a few minutes ago. Got the block off plate, raptor parts, and a new MSR aof bearing clutch perch. Should be a nice set up. Also picked up a stator cover gasket, as my cover is cracked and will be taken off tomorrow to be welded. Will be posting pictures when the parts arrive!

Nice Trent! I wanna grab one of them MSR perches too. How much it cost you & were you get it from?

$25, they were on sale at RockyMountain. I almost bought the Protaper Profile Clutch Perch, but it was more than twice the price of the MSR...

Most of my parts came today. Still waiting on the bracket and bolt for the clutch mod which are on back order. Anyway, very happy with the MSR aof clutch perch, seems to be a very nice clutch perch/lever. Also got the tusk pb block off plate, motion pro cable, and an oem gasket for the stator cover, which should be here tomorrow or friday. Hopefully get some stuff installed this weekend!

I know waiting sucks lol. Lookin good man.

Thanks Jeff. Jimmy, I think this clutch perch is going to be awesome for $25. They only advertise the adjust on the fly feature and bearing in the lever, but it also has an adjustable reach set screw. However, when you get yours, be cautious and inspect the lever/perch where the cable rides. On mine, where the end of the clutch cable sits in the lever, there are a few burrs that I am going to clean up prior to install. I can shoot you a picture if you want, just pm me sometime.

Little update. Got the used stator cover today. Paid $20 for it, off of a 91 warrior. It's a little dirty but isn't cracked, so my oil leak will finally be taken care of lol. Should be running again this weekend.

Battled the cold today with my dad and got the stator switched into the new cover and on the bike. Also put on my tusk PB blockoff plate. Looks good, hopefully will get some pics up once I do the clutch mod next weekend. Back to college for me on monday so the warrior wont be getting much attention...

Just saw these updates Trent. The Cold sucks ball sac bro!! You are braver than I. Good job with your machine dude. You definitely take awesome care of her.

Finally finished installing everything. Raptor 350 clutch mod is done with Motion Pro cable, MSR aof clutch perch/lever, and Tusk PB blockoff plate. Clutch is so smooth now. Also, the replacement stator housing is on and now my bike doesn't leak oil. Took if for a short ride today to test it all out, everything seems to be working great. Next on the mod list is new front tires and a raptor 350 rear linkage along with the raptor 660 rear shock. I also have a shock from a kfx400 I might take the spring off of, but I will have to play with it some. Anyway, here's a bunch of pics.
