I can see that exhaust causing clearance problems when the aftermarket components start getting more common, that pipe gets damn close to the shock. I could see some aftermarket exhaust company making their pipe so that it just barely clears the shock to get the best flow, then when you throw a bigger aftermarket shock on there... kinda like the problem with raptor 660's where certain aftermarket carb setups won't work with certain full exhaust systems

well, if you dont like the yellow ltr, theres a blue/white one waiting.

i agree, i went to my dealership when they first got one on the showroom floor.. they look sick, and man, the sound of them, with a stock pipe.. its crazy.

well, if you guys hate the ltr so much.. look in the mirror.. you're driving a freakin warrior..

I drive a YFZ450, 400EX, Blaster, and had a Warrior and I think the ******* thing is still ugly?

Many people are driving the Warrior as their first bike. Or as a second project.

I don't know if any of us on here are driving Warriors that they purchased new.

And, if I remember correctly ( ::)), the YFM also includes the Raptor350, which is still better looking that the LTR.

So, back on topic.

What are everyones thoughts on Suzies efforts to balance the bike by using the centernejecting exhaust.

Since almost everything on the bike except the exhaust has a right and a left hand part, this would seem like an obvious advantage to weight centering.

But, does the exhaust really weigh enough to upset the weight of the bike?

Its not just the exhaust all alone, theres more to add in to help the balance like the shock rezzys, exhaust, even the way the tranny is built.

LOL now that I have learned some bads things it makes me think twice about having a LTR over a YFZ or TRX. But ya I owuld get the yellow and black YFZ anyways probally. I hope Yamaha's YFZ stays with the carb system. Becayse yes fuel ejected is more expensive and the aftermarket parts cost more. But isnt the fuel injector system lighter??

Fuel injection lighter than a carb?? I'm pretty sure it's heavier. Thats why it weighs around 25 lbs. more than a YFZ.
