Really really really nice work pat.

U make those yuppers? U adjuster cap missing off your shee rear?

Thanks Dean. Yep, those are the uppers I made. Very tight fit for stock length. They JUST touch the shock springs at full extension. When the weight is on the wheels, it is fine. They are not perfect, far as being identical. But the caster is perfect, and camber is adjustable. I've figured out how to make arms without the bike. So, they will be very close to identical. And, yes I am missing that adjuster on the SHEE. I've asked if anyone has one a few times. I forgot to order one from Yamaha when I got the factory parts.

Question on your works. Did you need a 1/4" spacer on both sides to fit into shock mounts? Mine are banshee and I needed a spacer. Your making great progress and love the color choices.

Nope, they are for the Warrior and fit great. I wanted to keep it as close to 1st gen colors as possible.

hey pat whats the deal with you upper shock mounts ?

You need to elaborate. I don't see anything wrong with them.

Interesting. I've never paid attention to them before. I'm almost positive that my bud's 88 is the same though...

By the end of this evening I should have pics up of today's progress. I think that a few people will **** a brick when I'm done!

You only need to replace the crank and piston. And, you are better off using a standard JE or Wisco piston and having a big bear cylinder decked to get compression ratio to the desired mount. That, or, have a spacer plate made to raise the stock Warrior sylinder up. But, having the Big Bear cylinder decked is the better choice.

thats what im thinking ... im going to look it my other ones this weekend when i at my parents place

Thanks a lot guys. Means a lot to get prase for my work. I do wish I spent the money on PC. Have some scratches and chips from fab work (that EVERYONE is going to freak over!). Nothing that some touch up paint won't cure. She does look sweet though.

AND... WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ADO. I GIVE YOU, CUSTOM, NEVER BEFORE SEEN, ONE OF A KIND, +2 1ST GEN A ARMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
